Enjoyed our stay at Playa Madera. Lucy was an excellent host. Communicated promptly and accurately in order to make our stay seamless and relaxing. Condo is centrally located within walking distance of all restaurants both on beach and in downtown Zihuatanejo.

We stayed at the KauKan condos for 4 nights before moving to a hotel for the remaining 4 nights. Our only regret was not staying here longer! The building and units are beautiful and well kept. It had everything we needed to cook all meals- pots, pans, utensils, blenders, juicer, espresso machine (with beans!) everything you could need. Outside of the kitchen, the host provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer laundry detergent, softener, etc. The washer/dryer was a huge plus for us for as long as we stayed in Zihua. Next- LOCATION! Perfectly placed right in between Playa la Madera and Playa la Ropa, making it an extremely easy walk to either. The Taxi stand right outside was also great to have for anything not in walking distance. Will be back!

We spent a wonderful 12 days at Kau Kan villas. The location is perfect and the view is simply stunning. Lucy is a gem and could not have been more helpful and informative.

The photos don't do this place justice. Everything was simply perfect! You are super close what to Zihuatanejo and also a short walk to Playa La Ropa. The pool area was never busy and we usually had the whole place to ourselves. Check in was super easy with the help of the property manager Lucy, who also sent us tons of recommendations and responded very quickly to us if we needed anything. Lucy was also able to get our covid tests set up and even got a nurse to come to the condo, which was a big help and made things super easy for us. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
